QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Should be graduate of Finance/Accounting or any business-related course
Should be a CPA
Product Knowledge
Complete knowledge of Client accounts and businesses
At least 2-3 years of Finance experience
System and Application Knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Has an advanced knowledge in using Excel
Advanced Knowledge of Xero and Google Data Studio
Power BI experience is preferred but not required
Ability to learn new systems and tools as needed
Quality
Works within the Client's quality guidelines
Ensures quality of work being delivered without being supervised
Communications Skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Efficiency
Works within the allotted budget hours for jobs assigned
Ensures all deliverables are fulfilled on time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and communicate analysis to assist management in their business decision making
Help the management team translate the business data into a concise meaningful summary as per the request so that the management team can make the decisions swiftly.
Manage and maintain the periodic reports such as Management/Board reports and update and present after month end completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the deadline set.
Coordinate with the Finance team to update the forecast and budget and run the financial model
Perform financial analysis, identify the key indicators, and mark accordingly to assist Financial Accountants while compiling monthly and annual financials.
Build, prepare, and provide accurate divisional reports as requested by the division head and maintain the report.
Undertake due diligence report requests of potential 3rd party stakeholders.
Support the financial controller in preparing and analyzing commercial reports so that decisions can be made per the business expectation.
