Job Description
-Responsible for proper recording and maintain the general ledger of the company according to GAAP
-Investigate the financial discrepancies, reconcile accounts, correct errors necessary to prepare the financial statements
-Ensure tax compliance and other government reportorial activities are submitted timely
-Prepare company regular financial reports, annual budget and other reports necessary
-Work with the team and external auditors for the annual financial audit
-Review, record and analyze cash advance liquidations
-Responsible for maintaining the company's accounting system
-Work with the Finance Team and Finance manager in the improvement of internal control processes
-Develop and improve financial reports as needed
Minimum Qualifications
-B.S. Accountancy Graduate, preferably CPA
-At least three (3) years relevant work experience
-Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
-Must have strong knowledge in tax, local government compliance
-Can work as a team leader and team player
-Knowledgeable in an accounting software
