Role Description:
As FP&A Analyst, you will take part in key activities of the team related to monthly / periodical reporting, monitoring, planning and analysis for the Global Consolidations team, working closely with Functional and Regional FP&A teams and other crossfunctional & cross-regional teams to support Global initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
In this role you will support the FP&A Team with:
Support the Globalmonth-end forecasting and budgeting process
Development, preparation, and improvement of management reporting.
Supporting other team members with recurring activities and Ad-hoc analysis and investigations. Leverage technology to aid in the continuous improvement of reports and analysis
Qualifications:
University Degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent
1-3 years postgraduate experience in FP&A, Audit or Controlling is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work with figures and complex calculations.
Experience with reporting tools as HFM, Hyperion Planning, Microsoft Power BI and automation tools is preferable.
Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
Good communication skills and team working approach.
Mindset centered on ownership and accountability.
Problem solving attitude.
Resilience, tolerance towards ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Earn up to Php 60,000
10% night differential pay
Night differential premium pay
Transportation allowance
HMO given on day 1 with 2 dependents.
