IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Assist in the preparation of monthly P&L and trade working capital changes for business unit Upside/Risk and POR reporting
Review and maintain St. Louis budget database and report the variance analysis. Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of the annual St. Louis budgets with burden center managers
Maintain and report global monthly headcount forecast for the POR, financial review and profit review. Work closely with HR to understand all headcount position changes. Potentially lead monthly headcount meeting with division executives
Assist with SG&A freight forecast and review / analyze actual results against the forecast. Work with Logistics to prepare monthly freight accrual entry
Reconcile Sales and Cost of Sales for North American plant(s). Report/Forecast standard and actual gross profit by product line and sales mix
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, or graduate of finance, preferably CPA
5 yrs. or more relevant experience in accounting, or financial planning
Advanced skill in Office365 applications; especially Excel
Must have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving, and analytical skills
Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management systems is good to have in this position but not required
General knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures and techniques
General knowledge of fundamental financial concepts and analysis techniques
Knowledge of computer applications and accounting information systems preferred
Strong mathematical background
Willing to work night shift
