About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial modeling using Excel, adept at creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint, and have experience with QuickBooks. The role will primarily involve categorizing transaction data, data entry, and financial modeling for real estate investments on a project-by-project basis.
Responsibilities:
Accurately categorize and organize financial transaction data.
Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
Develop and maintain financial models for real estate investment projects, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Work on financial analysis projects on a project-by-project basis, contributing to the success of real estate investments.
Focus on financial tasks related to real estate investments, particularly in the dynamic market of Florida.
Requirements
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proficient in financial modeling using Excel and can create compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
Openness to learning and adapting to new software tools such as Notion, Asana, etc.
Solid understanding of financial concepts and principles.
Strong analytical thinking skills and has high attention to detail
Proficient in QuickBooks
Has effective communication skills and is able to present findings in a clear and compelling manner
Can manage multiple tasks and is organized
