JOB DESCRIPTION
A skilled Financial professional who is focused on budget preparation, forecasting, monitoring and management reporting.
JOB PURPOSE
assist in providing key, actionable and relevant information to Management.
Timely and periodically report, review, assess/evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform financial forecasting, reporting, operational metrics /tracking, and consolidation of budgets and actual financial performance on a periodic basis.
Prepare and submit reports for the Company's and its Parent / Affiliate companies on a periodic basis.
Analyze financial data and create financial models/solutions to support Company's decisions for existing and upcoming projects.
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify risks/trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
Analyze and review costs, spend, feasibility and viability of existing and upcoming projects.
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation computations/analysis.
Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities.
Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning.
Prepare and report on financial performance periodically for Executive and Management reviews and external parties, as necessary.
Prepare Investor and Analyst kits and related presentations materials, including providing of information necessary for Senior Management / Board / Committee meetings.· Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
Establish necessary financial policies
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
Work closely with the operations, accounting and other teams towards achieving the Company's overall goals / targets.
QUALIFICATION and REQUIREMENTS
Preferably residing in Makati area or nearby areas
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Proficient in various software and applications such as SAP, Microsoft Office Tools
Has excellent oral and written communication skills
Job requires collecting data, performing analyses, evaluating return and risks on different investments, creating financial models and forecasts, writing reports and presenting to Management/Executives.
