JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure the timely gathering of relevant data needed in developing business plans. Responsible for preparing market analysis presentation to support the decision to be made by the Executive Committee on what type of project will be put up on a location/property.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with Planning and Design, Sales & Marketing and Land Acquisition and Project Documentation
Manage the overall operations and deliverables of the team.
Perform the prioritization and create the timelines for each of the deliverable/report
Guide the team on what data to gather and how to process them for the purpose of developing business plan
Validate and review inputs provided for each section of the plan to be developed
Present the plans prepared to the requesting audience (Execom, BOD, investors)
Review the milestones reports prepared and coordinate with the internal units for any delays for their action plans
Team management, administration and career development of the members of the team
Will analyze financial data required by banks
Prepare financial analysis reports required to special projects
Liaise with banks, investment houses and investors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree in accounting, finance, marketing, statistics, business, management engineering or other related courses; preferable CPA
Minimum of two (2) years related work experience
Experienced in financial modeling and corporate finance
Background in corporate banking is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office
Experience in feasibility studies is a plus
Organizational skills and capable of communicating and coordinating with various level of the organization
