Work you'll do
Our Forensic Discovery professionals assist clients and their legal counsel collect, preserve and analyze large and disparate data to support or refute the facts and allegations of commercial investigations and complex litigation. We combine our investigative skills with advanced computer labs and cutting-edge technology to offer innovative solutions to our clients' complex legal problems.
Your role will include the following duties:
Oversee processing, culling, review and hosting of electronic and hard copy data.
Create Relativity workspaces and respond to the needs of stakeholders such as investigations team, clients and external counsel.
Help design databases and establish workflow to support efficient document review.
Administer Relativity review platform and support its use by key stakeholders.
Maintain databases and provide reports such as data processing and production.
Use knowledge to provide technical solutions for managing case data.
Assist and coordinate document productions where required.
Maintain and build upon current knowledge of eDiscovery.
Focus on the delivery of client engagements and share knowledge and experience with others.
Consult with and take direction from supervisors, engagement managers, and clients regarding case investigation and project status.

Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree holder preferably in information technology or computer science.
At least 4 years of experience in eDiscovery.
Sound technical understanding of Nuix or other processing tools.
Sound technical understanding of Relativity review platform.
Sound understanding of review workflow.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work across geographies.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Sound written and oral communication skills.
Strong team-oriented work ethic with client centric focus.
Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
Experience or sound understanding of eDiscovery processes and methodologies.
Preferred to be have consulting or ex Big Four experience.
One or more of the following certifications or similar would be an advantage:
Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Administrator
Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Master
Relativity Certified User (RCU)
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
