Prospecting and securing appointments for sales call/presentations
Assess and recommend financial solutions on needs-bases
Regularly attend trainings and team meetings for continuous improvement
Advocacy for Financial Literacy
Job Qualifications
College Graduate
High Entrepreneurial Drive
Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills
Willingness to be trained and transfer skills to upcoming members
We Offer
Flexible Working Hours
P25-75k Monthly Development Fund plus sales commissions
Quarterly Bonus and other period incentives
Local and International Travel (converted to cash while on quarantine)
Fast-Track Career Growth and be a Manager of Managers in 5 years
*For the qualified, intensive trainings are done through our eLearning facility (and other online/digital platforms while on quarantine). The licensure exam is conducted by the Insurance Commission.
