QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- One (1) year working experience in related field is an advantage
- Adopt to the accounting processes
- With good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Knowledgeable in Advance Accounting system (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
RESPONSIBIITIES:
- Process accounts payable vouchers for payment requests and advances
- Records expenses from liquidations of advances and other financial transactions
- Monitors outstanding advance balances of employees
- Prepares summary report for cash advance balances for reconciliation purposes.
- Assists in gathering resources needed in the preparation of financial reports
- Assists in the internal audit processes
- Attends to queries regarding work related concerns
