JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Accounting Associate is responsible in assisting the finance department in its deliverables. This includes keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. The position is also expected to run accounting software programs to process business transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare journal entries and updates general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
Perform postings of transaction to the general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payable module
Track and maintain fixed asset ledger by coordinating with central payment and relevant departments.
Prepare schedule for reporting fixed assets.
Perform monthly reconciliations of cash, bank balances, expenditure and revenue accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Must have at least one (1) year working experience in an Accounting firm
CPA or CMA certification is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
