We are actively seeking a motivated individual for the role of Financial Accountant at Criterion Industries. If you're ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic team, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!
Your Skills:
Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Financial Accountant role or similar.
CPA Qualification
Management Reporting: including cash flow forecasts
Strong accounting skill set and in-depth understanding of the key business drivers
Understanding of Trusts and trust structures
Payroll Processing: understanding of Australian payroll processes desirable but not essential.
Experience dealing with Australian stakeholders (beneficial).
What the Role Involves:
Prepare a full set of Financial Accounts (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss) for each company on a Monthly Basis, comparing actual with budget with explanation of variances.
Prepare a 12 Month Profit and Loss, balance sheet and cash flow budget annually.
Oversee all payroll requirements fortnightly, including superannuation, work cover and PAYG transactions (training will be provided)
Prepare and lodge the BAS quarterly.
Support the finance team with audit reports and document preparation.

Please note, this role will be based in our office in Angeles City, Pampanga 5 days per week for your training period (if successful), after the training period, hybrid work arrangements can be explored - up to 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
