DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ØGathering and monitoring financial data (sales revenues and liabilities)ØPreparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)ØPrepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts. ØAdvising on estimates for project fundingØForecasting costs and revenuesØGather and monitor financial data (sales revenues and liabilities)ØForecast costs and revenuesØManage tax paymentsØManaging the general ledger including overseeing the monthly balance sheet, banking and inter-company reconciliations. ØOrganize internal auditsØPrepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)ØPreparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flowØAdvising on estimates for project fundingØMonitor and report on accounting discrepanciesØConduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investmentsØPerform month-end and year-end close processesØUpdates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
ØComplies with National filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings. ØEnsure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles. ØDetermine accounting errors or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action.
Ø Assisting in process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED
üBachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance.
üProficient with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
üProficient with SAP and other Computer-aided Accounting Systems.
/ Must have knowledge in BIR tax Laws & SEC reportorial requirements
üProficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
üSolid knowledge of accounting regulations
üTime-management abilities
üConfidentiality and critical thicker
