As an Accountant, you will play a key role in helping our Philippines Finance operation. Your role will give support to our music labels by providing accounting services to our Philippines music business. This role will be based in Manila reporting to the Finance Director of Asia Regional Office (based in Hong Kong) and also working closely with the team in Philippines.
What you'll do:
Report to the Finance Director
Handle full set of accounts
Prepare the month end journals and the month-end report BPC uploading
Prepare the monthly account breakdown and reconciliation
Process both accounts payables and accounts receivable, payment and receipt & invoice billing
Prepare the monthly quarterly, annually and ad-hoc financial reporting requested from HQ and the regional office
Liaise with global support team
Liaise with external parties such as tax consultant, lawyer and auditor
Assist in other financial reporting and ah-hoc accounting duties
Who you are:
Bachelor degree in accounting, business, finance or a related discipline;
Good command of written and spoken English;
5-year or above of commercial accounting experiences
Excellent skills in finance packages, Microsoft Excel and relational databases;
Experience of SAP and BPC is preferred;
Strong attention to detail and time management skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Experiences of working in multinational companies is favourable;
Positive and willing to take on challenges; and
Immediate availability preferred.
