Position: Financial Accountant
A Dynamic and Innovative Australian company, providing solar energy as a service, are looking for a skilled Financial Accountant to join our accounting department and take care of company's month end accounting processes, customer billing and reporting, financial reporting to the team and management of various parts of the solar energy installation processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate month end financial accounting processes.
Timely and accurate billing of our customers٫ guaranteeing accuracy for our customers.
Proven experience as a Accountant or similar accounting role, with a strong understanding of accounts receivable.
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs, formatting)
Understands Accounts receivable aging, can do reporting and reconciliations, etc.
Fairly comfortable learning new systems and figuring out how things work
Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices.
Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
Maintaining updated records of accounts receivable.
Preparing reports and communicating well with the team.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive personality
Can communicate well in English
Good organizational and time-management skills
Responsibility٫ close attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlines
Degree in accounting or similar area
Preferably a CPA
