We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who will be mainly responsible for financial reporting and Netsuite Systems Administration
Main duties and responsibilities:
Acts as Administrator of accounting system
Produces regular financial and management reports or statements.
Monitors and analyzes accounting data
Assists in establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Ensures compliance of other employees and consultants to Company policies and standards.
Oversees the preparation of requirements for the annual audits.
Participate in interesting projects and innovations that can help Stratpoint grow.
Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accounting course and a Certified Public Accountant
Excellent computer skills preferably in MS office and knowledge in ERP Packages/accounting softwares like Netsuite or SAP)
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar field
Understanding in latest accounting standards and tax regulations
Knowledgeable in business processes and controls
Critical thinker and problem solver
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Exposure to other Audit, Accounting business practices such as Risk Assessment Review, Internal Controls Review, Payroll, Expense Tracking is desirable but not required
Working knowledge/experience using JavaScript, HTML, XML, Crystal, and SQL is desirable but not required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and MS Project is desirable but not required
Two to five years of experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration, and analysis is desirable but not required.
