Custodian of Travel and Expense Policy and Corporate Credit Card Policy and ensure that policies are reviewed and updated regularly
Initiate and implement projects to improve and sustain end to end source to pay process (I.e. Corporate Credit Card, Concur T&E System)
As Market Travel and Expense Super User ensure that end users are trained to navigate the SAP system and understand the process, linkages and impact
Monitor and analyze AP Reports, Measures and KPI results (E.g. NBS SLAs, Ageing of VLI, Cash Advances, Cash Float,GRIR,Parked & Blocked)
To ensure timely processing of employee related transactions (E.g. Travel funds, etc.)
Collaborate with NBS AOA to ensure alignment of Market-NBS processes and shared objectives.
To provide assistance and respond to internal clients concerns and needs
