RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position takes charge of the implementation of accounting systems, procedures, and controls at the store level. Assisting the stores' profitability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of collating data from various departments needed in producing PNL and FCPC Report.
Prepares and processes commissary summary, payment, and royalty.
Prepare Journal Entries for accrual and book adjustments seeing to it that accounting entries conform with the company's accounting procedures and that recording of transactions corresponds with the date of the transaction.
Oversee trial balance and ensure the correctness of transaction of each account.
Monitors and validate timekeeping both of the company's dailies and monthlies.
Maintaining records and documentation of invoices and proof of settlement.
Create billing of stock transfer receipt.
Conducts monthly cash audit, and physical inventory of products and supplies and prepares inventory report seeing to it that inventory variances are accounted for.
Prepares other accounting reports as may be required from time to time.
Monthly reconciliation of real and nominal accounts.
Printing of loose leaf every year-end
Reviews procedures from time to time and must be able to introduce improvements to the system as the need arises.
Other tasks may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as general accountant
Willing to be assigned in Pasig CIty
