TOA Global, a leading global talent solutions provider for the accounting industry since 2013, is looking for Financial Accountant who wants to level up their career and support businesses in Australia and New Zealand, and North America.
Primary Objective of the Role
The Financial Accountant will handle the monthly financial close process, ensure all costs incurred are properly accounted for, required journal entries are recorded, and balance sheet accounts are reconciled timely and accurately. This role also ensures the correct application of accounting principles and standards, makes recommendations for process improvements, and ensures that company policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile, and clean up balance sheet accounts.
Validate vouchers and post entries to ensure that all transactions are accurately reported on the financial statements.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Keep up-to-date knowledge on the changes in tax rules and accounting standards.
Participate in company or team events.

Key Qualifications/Experience
CPA
3+ years of relevant working experience
Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Powerbi
Experience in ERP systems (MSD 365 is a plus)
Global Accounting Experience (ANZ is a plus)
Schedule: 9pm to 6am, Monday to Friday
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
