Work Arrangement: Full Onsite, M-F in BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Day Shift, 8 AM - 5 PM
Basic Salary: PHP 50,000 - 90,000 per month + benefits and perks
About This Role:
As a Financial Accountant with one of our clients, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the financial records. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic on-site environment in BGC, Taguig City, and contribute to the financial success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee financial accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct regular reconciliations of financial accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial accounting.
Requirements:
5-10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
Strong knowledge of Comptrollership Functions, including AR, AP, Financial Reporting, and Bookkeeping.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to work on-site, Monday to Friday, during morning hours (8 am - 5 pm).
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed due to the lean nature of the organization.
