Position: Financial Accountant/Controller - 14260012562
Working Hours/Shift: M-F, Flexible (overlap atleast 4-6 hours in Dublin Timezone, client's working hours to follow); 40 hrs/week
Salary Range: 1000-1600 USD
Overview:
As Financial Controller you are responsible for the entire Business Finance function. You will develop, monitor and achieve Annual Budget and Key Performance Indicators. You will develop, mentor and motivate your finance team in conjunction with Training manager and Consultants to develop and support a professional, educated and consistent approach. You will maintain and deliver a high level of contact with Group and other internal departments to ensure all aspects of the business are fully functional.
Detailed reporting of company profit, monitoring income and expenditure for profit maximization.
Prepare weekly accounts for Group.
Prepare monthly financial accounts & detailing balance sheet reconciliation.
Prepare year end accounts & detailing balance sheet reconciliation.
Ensure the financial statements of the company comply with company law and applicable accounting standards.
Ensure all statutory matters are adhered to e.g. compliance with RCT/VAT regulations.
Responsible for effective credit control procedures.
Responsible for maintaining stock control records.
Produce management information as and when required.
Responsible for the finance team.
Manage and Achieve annual budgets to achieve the strategic 5 year plan of Group.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience as an ACA/ ACCA/ CPA/ CIMA Accountant
Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Audit, Tax and Financial Analysis.
Strong systems experience.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office suite packages including Office 365.
Proven leader with a track record of senior-level management in the FMCG sector is a plus.
Experience in full P&L responsibilities an advantage
Above average to Good Communication skills
