MAIN PURPOSE
OF THE JOB:
As the Finance Transformation Manager under the IT department, your primary purpose is to drive the evolution of financial processes through meticulous documentation, streamlining, and strategic automation. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and value delivery within the Finance department by ensuring that automation initiatives align with streamlined processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Process Documentation and Streamlining:
Develop comprehensive documentation for existing financial processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.
Automation and Tool Development Oversight:
Ensure that all automation initiatives align with streamlined processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and monitor automated solutions.
Conduct regular assessments to optimize the performance of financial tools.
Value Tracking and Reporting:
Establish mechanisms to track and measure the value generated through process improvements and automation.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and efficiency gains.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with Finance teams to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
Work closely with IT leadership to align transformation efforts with overall business objectives.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to optimized processes and automated solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of changes.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial process improvement and transformation projects.
Strong understanding of finance operations and IT systems.
Familiarity with automation tools and technologies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
