The employee will work with Systems and Business Control (SBC) Manager in on various project/ initiatives aimed at improving the processes, reducing the cost of operation, and mitigating controls and audit issues. He/she shall provide assistance to the Systems and Business Control Manager on major and cross-functional projects, but must be able to independently run a small and short term projects.
The activities of an SBC Analyst include but may not be limited to the following:
1,Propose automation, simplification and enhancement of the existing processes; identification of process gaps or business risk (if any)
2. Gathering of data as the base case of each project or initiative
3. Provide initial process improvement recommendations
4. Conduct working session/consultation with the Business Units to get insights/additional inputs or concurrence .
5. Documentation of the proposed policy, procedures and guidelines to institutionalize any process enhancement
7. Conduct projet post implementation review
