We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Accountant with strong finance background to help us to manage various finance systems and associated planning, reporting and expense management systems. As we are expanding rapidly, there will be new projects assigned to this person including system migration and integration, change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrator for all finance systems including Oracle NetSuite, SAP Concur, Adaptive Insights, Blackline and any other systems, applications that may be added subsequently
Dealing with system providers to handle and complete regular software updates, enhancements and modifications
Liaising with our IT Team on all finance system support and solutions (current and future) including but not limited to data storage, file import/export/upload, system specifications and configurations
Support Group finance team with their BAU requirements
Manage system implementation, integration, migration and other projects as assigned by the Group Financial Controller and CFO
Advise senior finance team on all system performance and assist with replacing any that failed to perform to expectation
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of Similar experience as Systems Accountant for a large and complex group operating globally preferably with AU and PH presence
Passion and desire to improve finance processes and utilise tech solutions (including AI tools) to improve productivity
Great communication and written skills as the role needs to interact with managers in finance, operations and tech services as well as external system providers.
Must be amenable to work onsite once/twice a month in Eastwood, Quezon City
