Job DescriptionPrepare financials for management and other stakeholders Participate in annual budget process
Perform variance analysis of actual results against budget and forecast
Perform cost analysis and recommended process improvements for cost effectiveness
Reviews and recommends enhancements to financial reports and finance processes as needed
Perform audit and prepare audit reports with recommendations
Monitor and report legal and tax compliance of entities
Perform ad hoc reports and analysis as required QualificationsGraduate of Accountancy, CPA a must
At least 3 years of solid experience in financial planning and analysis gained from a manufacturing company with background in accounting, tax and audit
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Responsive to challenges and capable of developing solutions to complex business issues
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, create dashboards or visualization reports and communicate complex accounting, financial and business performance information in understandable and accessible formats to audiences at all organizational levels
Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information clearly across functions
Advanced Excel user and proficient in Word and PowerPointStrong organizational and project management skills
Mandarin speaking a plus
