FINANCE SUPERVISOR
 
A Finance Officer is responsible for all financial aspects of a business or organisation. They manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.
 
Job Description:
 
A. Fund Management
Monitoring Fund Operations:
Supplier accounts payable management.
Daily expense registration.
Bank Transactions Management:
Maintain good relationships with banks and handle matters such as loans and fund transfers.
Regularly reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
B. Financial Accounting and Reporting
Accounting Management:
Review accounting vouchers to ensure accurate accounting that complies with standards and company policies.
Guide accountants in completing daily book keeper tasks and monthly/year-end closing.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support management decisions.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for financial management.
C. Budgeting and Cost Control
Budget Preparation and Execution:
Participate in the preparation of the company's annual budget and coordinate departmental funding requirements.
Track budget implementation, report variances regularly, and analyze causes.
Cost Control:
Review company expenses to ensure cost control within budget limits.
Regularly analyze cost structures and optimize cost allocation plans.
D. Tax Management
Tax Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate tax filing in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Provide tax planning advice to minimize corporate tax risks.
Tax Review and Communication:
Maintain communication with tax authorities and handle tax audits.
E. Internal Control and Audit
Internal Control Management:
Establish and improve internal financial management systems to standardize financial processes.
Regularly inspect the implementation of internal controls and identify and resolve risks.
Assist Internal and External Audits:
Cooperate with internal audit departments or external audit firms by providing necessary supporting materials.
Additional Requirements
Familiar with domestic and international accounting standards and financial software; proficient in using relevant tools.
Strong team management and coordination skills to lead the team in efficiently completing tasks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected financial issues.
Language requirements: Tagalog, cebuano, english, mandarin(priority)
