Job Summary:
 
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. Must have experience in Payroll, Finance,
Accounting, managing ORs
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and payroll team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure team accountability for financial tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with at over 3 years in a supervisory level.
Must be confident.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
