Job Description
General Duties
Assist in preparation of finance internal controls, policies, and procedure
Ensure strict implementation of set internal controls, policies, and procedures
Monitors filing of BIR returns and other government agencies requirements within deadline assist in review of accuracy of BIR returns and attachments (ITR, VAT, EWT, etc.)
Ensure managed properties have updated Audited Financial Statements
Ensure managed properties have accurate and updated accounting books, with data retention perios compliant with regulatory requirements
Monitors timely release of financial reports (Profits & Loss, Collection Efficiency, Bank Reconciliation, etc.) to managed properties applicable and users
Implementation of managed properties collection policy that leads to higher collection rate
Ensure efficient billing and collection process of managed properties funds in terms of day to day receipts and disbursements, as well as investments to maximize cash investment opportunities
Assist in review of annual budget of managed properties
Timely submission of assigned management reports
May be temporarily assigned to managed properties, when deemed necessary
Special projects/ tasks related to your position

Professional Eligibility
Certified Public Accountant
Skills
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Good organizational skills
Education
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Experience
With at least 3 years of relevant work related experience
Experienced in customer service field
Background in Financial Audit in and advantage
Responsibility
Assists Finance Head and Finance assistant manager in all applicable duites. Ensure strict implementation of finance internal controls, policies, and procedures continually assist in improvement of financial standing of managed properties thru effective accounting and tax management ensure customer satisfaction thorugh efficient, reliable, and customer-priented billing and collection process monitor timely and accurate financial reports submission to internal and external customers to aid in a fully informed decision making
