Description
• Prepares and review daily Account Receivables ageing report. Maintains soft copy file for monitoring purposes.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by authorized representatives
• Daily follow up with Sales person for daily collection.
• Daily follow up with Sales person for Overdue invoices.
• Ensures that all payments are posted in the system.
• Ensures that all funded deductions are within the budget.
• Ensure timely response to both internal and external communications
• Review and approves Key account Executive, Distributors Sales Supervisor, Distributors Sales, Personnel and Merchandiser transportation allowances and other expenses.
• Review and approve Purchase Order in the system.
• Adheres to monthly reconciliation of AR activities with Key Accounts Executive and Distributors Sales Supervisors.
• Identifies improvement in the process and communicate with the team.
• Perform other task as required.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Leadership
Availability for travel: Yes
