JOB DESCRIPTION
Handles ash handling and planning. Cash flow analysis and review of cash budget reports. Preparation and review of weekly cash position reports. Ensures daily collections and checking of post dated checks on hand are tally with the records. Validation and review of disbursements via local checks, telegraphic transfers and other bank payment facilities. Daily, weekly and monthly generation of bank reconciliation from the Platinum software showing released, unreleased and outstanding checks. Handling of bank documents:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
A graduate of Bachelors of Science in Accountancy
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledgeable with Bank Procedures and Transactions
2. Familiar with Bank Officers and Bank Forms
3. Knowledgeable with other currencies
4. With knowledge in Financial Statements analysis
5. Computer literate; with experience in using Platinum Accounting Software
6. Excellent in oral and written communication skills, highly motivated, aggressive and results oriented
7. Analytical, keen on details, organized and flexible
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
At least five (5) years of relevant experience
Minimum of two years exposures in a manufacturing set-up;
Supervisory experience is an advantage
