Duties and Responsibilities:
- To perform month-end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue accounting, expense accounting, etc.
- To update financial records with recent transactions and changes
- To ensure the maintenance of general and subsidiaries' ledgers
- To prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
- To prepare financial journal entries and account reconciliation reports
- To determine accounting errors and / or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant with good scholastic records
- Tax experience for 2 years
- Accounting Assistant for 2 years (preferred)
- Keen on details, flexible, hardworking, and intelligent
- Must be well organized and a self-starter
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Quickbooks Online and Netsuite
- Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
- Good communications skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work in Makati
