JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for supervision and control mainly on the Tax and Accounts Payable.
Prepares and ensures accurate BIR Returns - monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Ensures mandatory government and tax payments are correctly and timely remitted and other government reportorial requirements are submitted as well.
Prepares government and related corporate requirements and reports (BIR, PEZA, SEC).
Ensures the timely payment of company obligations. Review supporting documents and check if within the approved budget or forecast.
Coordinates with suppliers, banks, government, and various agencies regarding company financial requirements and statutory reports.
Reviews and ensure completeness of accruals during month-end closing.
Reviews cash flow projections and balance sheet reconciliation.
Coordinates and completes external and internal audit requirements in accordance with the group controlling annual audit timetable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy.
Applicant must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
With at least 2 - 3 years of experience in the field of Tax and General Accounting in a supervisory capacity.
Expertise in Taxation in PEZA and manufacturing business settings.
Experience in people management.
