· Has good time management, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT
· Has bookkeeping skill
· Has knowledge in Accounting Software is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Prepares Check and Check Vouchers
· Closely monitors overdue billings
· Coordinates with other department personnel in the release of fund request
· Receives request for payment for processing
· Releases checks to suppliers and other external parties
· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
