• Reconciliation of bank disbursement transactions
• Monitoring of incoming collections
• Assist in preparation of bank reconciliation statements
• Review of company employees' payroll
• Ensures accurate posting of employee compensation, contributions, and loans
• Assist in preparing payroll classification report
• Filing and handling of documents reviewed and processed
• Other tasks that may arise due to the need of the department
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Preferably with 1 to 3 years of working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Has good technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
