Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions with one of Honeywell businesses. You will play a part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will play a role in executing financial performance and executing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support Honeywell business leaders and support finance initiatives and decisions. You will also play important part to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting all order-to-cash related activities within the Sine business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform day-to-day order management tasks, as required.
· Maintain billings and revenue schedules.
· Ensure accurate and timely subscription billings.
· Manage renewal billings processes.
· Assist with billings forecasting.
· Leverage SAP and systems experience to drive best practice and efficiencies across the OM team.
· Drive customer experience.
· Optimize Order-To-Cash business processes.
· Maintain knowledge management and best practices, train stakeholders on processes, systems, tools and compliance requirements.
· Create and maintain order management dashboards and reports as required by the different stakeholders.
· Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
· Actively work to drive change and identify process improvements.

· Sales team Key Experience & Capabilities:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting
· 3+ years' experience in a similar role
· SAP experience
· Proficient with both billing and AR processes
· Strong attention to detail
· Committed to on-time delivery of financial results
· Ability to respond promptly and comprehensively to queries
· Have continuous improvement focus - suggest ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial reporting and associated functions
· Experience in a B2B SaaS environment would be desirable
