Processing, analyzing and reporting of financial transactions and information. Assisting with budgeting processes and preparing various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Ensure compliance on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures
Ensure all processes are documented in a standard format and maintained in an accessible fashion
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external auditors, to ensure
service delivery meets customer expectations
Work with stakeholders to maximize opportunities, minimize expenses and achieve operational and
service targets
Implement assigned policies and procedures
Perform data preparation and basic data management on Group, Statutory, Regulatory Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis processes including design, development, implementation and process
improvement activities
Timely and accurate delivery and maintenance of accurate reports and accounts, financial returns, as
required
Manage the preparation and maintenance of accurate accounting records, reports and accounts,
financial returns, as required
Support ad hoc requests in addition to primary responsibilities
Serves as a single point of contact for Counterparts, Consultants and Internal and External Audit teams
Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analyzing financial data, performing complex data
entry, verifying accuracy and collaborating with senior leadership as needed
