As a Finance Senior Associate, you will be responsible in handling the following:
1. Assists in the daily processing, updating and analysis of the following:
a. Financial Statement
b. Balance Sheet
c. Cash Flow
d. Monthly KRA
e. Operations Statistics
f. Budget Monitoring
2. Assists in collating and checking of liquidations and documentation for budget reconciliation.
3. Assists in the preparation of detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results.
4. Prepares and submits the following reports on a regular basis:
a. Financial data
b. Operations Statistics data
c. Liquidation
8. Performs other management mandated functions.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy; preferably a Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum of two (2) years extensive work experience in Financial Management and Audit preferably in retail and property management industries
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP or Oracle
• Above Average proficiency level in oral and written communication skills including negotiation, presentation, facilitation and training all levels of the organization
• Deals with complex problems and tasks wherein decisions or tasks are planned, delegated, coordinated or implemented or any combination of these.
• With average proficiency level in people management and leadership
• With strategic, result/data driven, process orientation and risk-based approach mindset
