About the role
We are delighted to announce that an opportunity exists for a Finance Planning and Analysis Lead at our Manila site located in Pasig City, NCR, Philippines.
This role will ensure the Management understands standard Monthly performance reporting including variance from budget and forecast.
The Finance Planning and Analysis Lead will also deliver inputs to support the overall process, accuracy and compliance of the monthly Reporting, quarterly Forecasting and annual Budget submissions for Manufacturing, Supply and other business functions utilising SAP, Excel and Power BI.
What you will be doing
Works with Project managers to ensure all project related transactions are appropriately accounted for and capitalised (including recharges from existing Cost centers)
Manages monthly and annual Cost center recharges in a clear and efficient manner (incl. managing templates, methodologies and supporting documentation)
Engages with Cost center owners, Master data teams and any other relevant stakeholders to ensure Master data is maintained
Documents processes to enhance and retain business knowledge
Develops and maintains tools and methodologies to track benefits of network optimisation, continuous improvements initiatives and to evaluate Capital requests
Applies continuous improvement to all executed process and implements or suggests improvements
Actively provides detailed financial knowledge and advice to the Business including education and use of Orica's financial systems.
Provides ad-hoc financial and non-financial analysis as required by the business
What you will bring
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business discipline
Professional designation CA, CMA, or CPA preferred
Experience in a large, global business
Expert knowledge of MS Excel is a must
Experience in SAP, SAP Hana is highly advantageous to have
Working knowledge of Power BI, MS PowerPoint
Understanding of manufacturing & operational processes/techniques
