JOB EXPERIENCES and SKILLS REQUIRED
Leads and consolidates preparation of budget, outlook/forecast and report variances.
Establishes sound assumptions in financial planning, analysis, and reports, and recommends change when needed to support the company in achieving its business objectives.
Serves as business partner with other departments to control administrative expenses and other financial requirements deemed necessary.
Prepares presentation materials relevant to decision making for, but not limited to, periodic business reviews with management.
Leads clean-up of balance sheet reconciliation by collaborating with other teams and ensures clear ownership and follow through on action items.
Develops and improves templates for financial reporting, analysis, and modelling.
Implements business intelligence tool to support effective and efficient financial management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
At least one year work experience in FP&A and/ or auditing firm.
Preferably Certified Public Accountants, or holder of equivalent qualification (CMA, CFA, etc.)
Critical and analytical mindset, detailed oriented, highly organized and advance skill in Microsoft Office application.
Amenable to work in Bicutan, Paranaque.
