Key Responsibilities :
Responsible to the OTC finance function and the delivery of KPIs (e.g. invoice accuracy and timeliness, collections efficiency, DSO, etc.).
Invoicing/Billing
Receivable Management (e.g. collection chasing, past due accounts, collection letters, etc.)
Dispute Management (e.g. coordination and timely resolution of customer concerns including billing adjustments)
Customer Payments (e.g. bank monitoring of incoming collections and coordination with customers)
Cash Applications (e.g. daily reconciliation and matching of specific invoice payment in the system and bank transactions)
Oversee the credit and control function providing ensuring achieving Accounts Receivable targets and minimizing credit risks
Set-up and maintain comprehensive and accurate billing records, including customer information.
Maintenance of customer master data in relation to invoice recipient details and other information
Review SLA documentation and monitoring to ensure recorded revenue are properly supported by contracts including changes, amendments, price adjustment, etc.
Partner with Site Head in relation to customer invoicing and SLA documentation and other Adhoc reports, if required;
Support the company's directors and senior management for any commercial related finance support.
Work closely with Finance Head for PEZA related reporting and compliance requirements
Carry out any other appropriate duties and responsibilities assigned by the Finance Head
Key Qualifications:
CPA is required
At least 5 years' experience in the BPO/Outsourcing industry
Minimum of 2 years working experience as supervisor is required
Previous audit experience in Big 4 auditing firms and Australian MNC as finance operations support is a plus
In-depth knowledge of Order-To-Cash cycle
Familiarity with PEZA operations
Knowledge in computer operating system (Xero, Cargowise, Microsoft business software)
Advance Excel knowledge is a must
Experience in handling customers is a plus
Able to work independently and prioritize task
Excellent interpersonal skills
