Job Description
1) General Bookkeeping
End to end accounting
2) Accounts Payable
Process accounts payable in Zoho and maintains archiving
Liaise with operations re-purchasing & procurement processes especially Chief Financial Officer
Prepare check requests
3) Accounts Receivable
Raise & process invoices based on data
4) Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile sales receipts including monies received check or Electronic Funds Transfer
Reconcile expenses
5) Payroll
Process attendance data with HR
Manage employee profiles including set up and amendments
Process bi-monthly pay runs including checking and correcting leave allocations for part-time employees
Set up fortnightly pay run bills in Zoho for approval
Process salary allocations for each pay run
Process benefits
6) Compliance
BIR compliance
7) Process and Documentation
Continuously improve processes as they are implemented and documented in the financial services portfolio to maintain quality service.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Good research skills and attention to detail
