FINANCE OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Preferably female applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QNE, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
Adept in spreadsheets applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Generate and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) using quickbooks
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Maintain the general ledger and record journal entries
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Support the month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare tax filings and manage compliance with tax regulations
Reconcile all project-related expenses upon project completion by reviewing and verifying accuracy of all recorded cost. Investigate & resolve discrepancies, before closing the project accounts.
