JOB DESCRIPTION
Recording of day-to-day transactions of the Company and its subsidiaries
Recording and Issuance of Billings to Customers
Weekly monitoring of Account Receivable aging
Ensure complete and proper filing of customer purchase order/contract
Review of Billings and processing for payment
Review of Employee Liquidation of Advances
Coordination of pick up and deliveries to our warehouse
Weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
Preparation of Tax report for BIR
Perform Month end closing process
Adhoc task related to companies’ finance and admin tasks
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in construction companies as General Accountant
- Preferrably with External Audit Experience
- Preferrable with knowlege of using Xero (Cloud based accounting system)
