Job description
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
Collating, preparing, interpreting and reviewing data's, reports, budgets, accounts and financial statements
Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
Allocate resources, manage and controlling cash flows
Conduct profit and cost analyses
Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
Preparing and producing monthly and annual financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
Producing long-term business plan
Recommend cost-reducing solutions
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. Preparing and ensuring compliance reports with applicable procedures and as required by law.
Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
Developing and managing financial systems and models
Conduct risk management
Consult board members about funding options
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders in formal meetings
Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
