Job Responsibilities:
Maintain SAP Master Data for all company's entities, which includes Fund Management, Project System Management and Grants Database Management
Comply to the standard operating procedures for SAP Master Data to ensure data quality and consistency across entities
Create Fund, Cost Centre, and WBS in SAP for new research projects
Perform mass updates in SAP as required
Maintain the central grants database and ensure all relevant documents are stored
Use Tableau to facilitate management reporting for a research entity
Any other adhoc tasks
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Good command of MS Office applications
Knowledge of SAP system, Tableau will be advantageous
