The Finance Manager will be in-charge of the day-to-day affairs of the Philippine office pertaining to accounting. He/She will also be in-charge of the other HR/admin tasks as they just operate a small team here in the Philippines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting with SAP ERP - G/L, A/R, A/P, Assets etc;
Liaising with external auditors;
Banking & cash management;
Controlling - credit control, expense claims, process discipline etc.;
Tax compliance / reporting;
HR - payroll & benefits administration (incl. contributions to Social Security, Pension etc.);
Management Reporting (Sales statistics, Financial reports, Budgets, Forecasts etc.);
Legal matters (contracts, agreements, shareholder & Board matters etc.);
(if relevant) IT matters - in conjunction with Regional / Corporate IT - matters of SAP;
Office administration / security;
Functional reporting to Regional Controller;
Networking & co-operation with other FCO personnel in Burkert worldwide.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience;
Strong analytical & communication skills;
Able to work independently in a small team environment;
Industry background-industrial / trading set-up;
Degree in Accountancy / CPA certified;
Hands-on experience in dealing with forex;
Exposure in doing audit work is nice-to-have;
Hands-on experience in SAP a must have; exposure in SAP Hana is very ideal.
