Finance ManagerLegado Motors Inc.

Plan and control operations of the finance and accounting functions through the preparation (in cooperation with other operating departments) of an annual budget and business plan covering all activities of the company for approval of the Management/Board of Directors.
Render and/or submit reports on the financial operating results of the company. Participates in discussion such as strategy/objectives setting and other decision-making activities
Exercise management and supervisory responsibilities over all activities and personnel of the Accounting functions.
Review job performance reports and implement appropriate measures to upgrade the knowledge and professional skills of all personnel of the finance department.
Perform Financial Accounting and Reporting
Analyze, interpret and report results of operations on financial matters to management and measure the financial performance of the company as a whole and its different projects against approved financial plans, programs and standards.
Ensure adequate bookkeeping of all major expenditures related to fixed assets and budget approved outlays.
Secure adequate insurance coverage of the company's assets against all insurance risks.
Ensure that tax regulations are appropriately applied/ implemented on company operations.
Review all tax returns and supervise all matters relating to taxes. Directs the preparation of tax plans for the company as necessary.
Prepare company quarterly and Annual Income Tax Returns and financial statements for reporting to different government agencies
As may be appropriate, represent the company in meetings that are called by government regulatory agencies that may impact on the company's operations.
Maintain good harmonious relationships with clients, banks, agents and even suppliers without prejudice to professional and objective partnering arrangements.
Job Specifications:
College graduate; must be a CPA
10 years relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Has attention to detail/ high degree of accuracy; financial analysis skills; integrity and honesty; excellent communication skills
