Qualifications:
Must be graduate of Bachelors Degree
Must have experience atleast 3 years related field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Financial planning and analysis
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, including monthly and quarterly management reports. 
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and profit. 
Develop long-term financial strategies and business plans. 
Conduct analysis on projects, validate plans, and handle ad-hoc requests. 
Financial operations and reporting
Oversee and monitor daily financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions. 
Manage the company's accounting, monitoring, and financial reporting systems. 
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and statements. 
Liaise with auditors to ensure proper financial monitoring. 
Leadership and strategy
Hire, train, and manage finance department staff.
Develop strategies to improve company profitability.
Communicate financial information and strategy to senior management and stakeholders.
