Responsibilities and Duties
Creating, compiling and submitting financial reports.
Projecting and analyzing financial and industry trends.
Making recommendations to senior management members.
Planning and monitoring the company budget based on the organization's needs.
Analyzing market trends and competitors.
Reporting and making recommendations to managers and stakeholders about major financial decisions.
Developing strategies that minimize financial risk.
Creating business plans that secure the company's financial future in the long term.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA plus
5-8 years experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into actionable information
Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior level business partners
Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision making skills
Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools like QB, SQL, Access, etc.
Strongly demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
