Job Scope & Responsibilities
Reporting to the SEA Finance Lead, the main responsibilities include:-
Manages GL accounting by compiles and analyzes financial information through preparation of reports, general ledger entries and journal entries
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation
Manage Inter-company transactions and reconciliations, ensure intercompany process in compliance with Corporate requirements
Ensure compliance with Corporate reporting standards and accounting treatment
Responsible for vendor accounting and payment process
Cash flow management
Responsible for Fixed Asset management and control
Responsible for Inventory costing and control
Assisting in preparation of financial statements, audit and income tax schedules
Provide financial planning and analyst support to sales managers
Perform and participate on other adhoc tasks assigned
Education and Experience
Possess a degree in Accountancy or equivalent and CPA qualification
At least 5 years of relevant MNC working experience in a similar capacity
Experienced both in Manufacturing and Corporate offices,
Must have a level of business acumen such as knowledge of P&L levers
Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency in other Microsoft Word and PowerPoint would be essential
Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred
Skills and Competencies
Confident and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as within a team
Highly analytical with a strong sense of numbers, with a sharp eye for detail, and good organizational skills
Quick learner of new systems and processes
Possess good communication skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness, and able to work well with different levels within the organization
Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, diverse and changing environment
